On the recommendation of our HVAC Contractor, Pinnacle Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., we purchased a Mitsubishi heat pump last year when our old system stopped working. This by far has been the best unit we have ever purchased. The system is considerably quieter than a traditional heat pump. Our home was noticeable warmer this winter. The efficiency of this unit is wonderful. Our monthly budget with BG&E has gone down twice since we installed the new unit. If you are looking to replace your unit I would recommend looking into one of these units.

7 Zone Mitsubishi Hyper Heat 3 Story Row home We live in an old row home with an old radiator heating system and no duct work. Pinnacle installed a conventional (ducted) system for the ground floor of our home and installed 6 of the Mitsubishi high-efficiency units throughout the upper floors. The units are quiet and hardly noticeable. Pinnacle did an outstanding job on the installation and there was minimal disruption to the historic aspects of our home
